THE GOAL OF VETERAN SUPPORTIVE SUPERVISOR TRAINING IS TO ENHANCE SUPERVISOR SUPPORT FOR ALL AND PARTICULARLY TO INCREASE SUPPORT AND RETENTION OF VETERAN EMPLOYEES IN THE CIVILIAN WORKFORCE.
The VSST is a 1-2 hour, self-paced training program suitable for any level of leadership. Users may start and stop as needed from the same device but we suggest completing the training in one sitting.
The behavior tracking exercise is designed to follow the training and should take 2-3 minutes each day for 10 days.
